Refund Policy

24-hour, unread, no-questions

Because reports are digital goods delivered instantly, we offer refunds under one simple condition: request within 24 hours of purchase and before the report has been viewed or downloaded. Email hello@mingpath.eu.cc with your order reference.

If something went wrong

If a report fails to render, contains a chart that clearly does not match your birth details, or you were charged twice — tell us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it in full, your choice.

After reading

Once a report has been accessed, its value has been delivered, so we no longer refund — except for the defects described above. This complies with EU/UK consumer-law exceptions for personalized digital content, which you acknowledge when unlocking a report.
